What categories of personal data do we collect, how do we collect them and how do we handle them? TNA may collect, store and use the following types of personal data:

  • Information for the purpose of registering in the general communication database. The data, requested and collected by completing the online contact form, accordingly with the protection and security measures wich are being implemented by TNA, such as: name, title, telephone, email;

On what basis can we process your personal data?

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

The personal data collected are intended for the management and assessment of needs, interests and expectations, for information actions and for their inclusion in the general communication database and to respond to questions, suggestions or complaints.

TNA safeguards that some of the personal data collected, namely for the purposes of registration in one of our internal events, are mandatory, so that, in case of lack or insufficiency of such data, TNA will not be able to accept the registration.

TNA may also use your collected personal data to:

  • Sending information, namely about updates or changes to our products and services, TNA’s conditions and policies or commercial communication;
  • Analysis of the commercial information of its customers to identify consumption profiles for statistical purposes;

How long do we process your personal data?

Whenever there is no specific legal obligation, personal data are processed by TNA only for the period of time necessary to achieve the defined purpose.
